    今天这道鱼香汁虾仁豆腐入口软滑爽口,适合老人和孩子下饭使用。

    Step 1

    梅香咸鱼以少许油煎香,取出压碎备用。Sear salted fish with little oil until fragrant; dish out and crushed.

    Step 2

    热锅下油2汤匙爆香姜茸与蒜茸。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入梅香咸鱼碎、虾仁及豆腐。Add in salted fish, shrimp and tofu.

    Step 4

    倒入鱼香汁煮浓,并以少许粟粉勾芡。Pour in sauce ingredients and bring to boil; thicken with starch.

    Step 5

    撒入青葱及红辣椒拌炒一下即可上碟。Sprinkle in spring onion and red chili, dish out.
